Return & Refund policy
We strive to offer a seamless buying experience for our customers. With this we have a very smooth cancellation policy set for our customers as below

a). Customers can cancel the order by logging into their account or can call Eyelenskart customer care or send an email to bigspex to request for cancellation
b). Cancellation would be allowed only till the time the products have not been dispatched from bigspex warehouse. Post dispatch no cancellation is allowed

a) bigspex.com offers to all its customers a 14 day no questions asked return policy
b) Customers can raise a return request by logging into their account or can call bigspex customer care or send an email to bigspex with order details.
c) Post return request, customers are required to pack the entire products including packing material, invoice, all accessory and keep it ready for pick up.
d) Post Pick up, our QC team will verify if product has been not used, and in good condition for further sale. Plus all the items have been sent back. In case
Product is found damaged or in used condition or any accessory mising,bigspex can deny refund to the customer

We strive to meet your expectations, make efforts to ensure all orders placed are delivered as per the specifications of our customers and stick to the timelines for shipping and delivery.
1.If due to any reason the order isn’t shipped out by bigspex then the order can be cancelled and your money will be refunded to you. If your shipping address is not serviced by our logistics division, we will automatically cancel your order and refund you.
2.If the product delivered is faulty, damaged in transit, or wrong product is delivered, we will initiate a refund.
3.However, if a customer submits wrong information on lenses for eyeglasses frames then bigspex will only refund money for eyewear frames. No refund will be issued for the wrongly ordered prescription of the lenses, their type, size and color.
4.We suggest our customers to not accept the delivery in case of a damaged packaging. Simply refuse to take the order and inform us immediately so that we can take further action.
5.It is the customer’s responsibility to not accept the damaged shipment or if the package is already opened. However, if the product is found to be damaged after opening the package, the customer should write to us or call us to log in the issue on the same day. If the customer fails to do that in the given time period mentioned above, then he/she will not be eligible for free returns.
6.Returns are allowed under coolcash offer. And, in case a customer returns the product or fails to accept the product, delivery charges of Rs.150 will be deducted from the refund value.
